The software can be as simple or as complex depending on the needs of the user, from monitoring transactions to comparing the MPG readings across different vehicle types in the fleet.
Fuel Tank Capacities
Using the easy to read graphic layout available to view on desktop, tablet or mobile customers can gain instant access to their fuel tank status across multiple depot from the office or on the road.
These graphics have a traffic light colour code system to help quickly identify the status of the tanks which can be Adequate Stock Level (Green), Re-Order Level (Orange) or Critical Low Level (Red). These levels are customisable to each customer depending on their preferred parameters.
Full Pump Control
From the convenience of any internet connected device, customers are able to remotely enabled and disable their fuel pumps at the click of a button. This helps to boost the security of bunkered fuel and prevent further disruption in the event of a pump breakdown.
From the moment of enabling or disabling the fuel pump this command will be sent through within 40 seconds to the pump. Further control over fuel pumps is to allocate certain days and times to vehicles to restrict access the fleet has to fuel in out of hours or weekends.
On log in all equipment controlled by FUELlink is shown with having a status to alert members of staff to any fuel pumps or fuel management systems that are out of service. Providing customers with a quick response time to any out of service equipment and keep their fleet fuelled and on the road.
Complete Reports Package
All of our reports come as standard with no extra cost to the customer, these reports are accessed via the reports tab on our FUELtran software which can be exported or printed directly from the software.
The reports can be exported in to several different formats including Pdf, Csv Xls, Xlsx, Rtf, Mht, HTML and image files to ensure a customer has obtainable data tailored to their set up.
Reports can be exported to 3rd party software such as fleet management or our telematics partners to offer the best solution to a customers needs.
